PIE Calibration and Repair
We service all PIE calibrators including discontinued models(unless parts are no longer available and our safety stock has been depleted).
- NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate included FREE
- 1-2 week turn-around (or better!) on calibrations. Please call for lead time on repairs.
- Low $50 evaluation fee will be charged if unit is sent back without being repaired or recalibrated.
- Test data as found/as left included FREE!

Altek Calibrator Replacement
When it is time to upgrade or replace a failing Altek calibrator, we offer a discount on a new PIE calibrator similar to the Altek that you are replacing – in working or non working condition!
Before shipping a PIE calibrator to us please call for an RMA#
- Call PIE at (585) 872-9350 or Email Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to indicate if the calibrator is Altek or PIE along with the model and serial number.
- Download the PIE RMA Form and fill it in using Adobe Acrobat or print it out and fill in the information requested. Enclose this document with the device(s) being returned.
- Enclose or email a purchase order for the services being requested; credit cards also accepted for customers without an account with us.
