PROCEDURE FOR CALIBRATION, REPAIR OR WARRANTY SERVICES
- Call PIE at (585) 872-9350 or email us at sales@piecal.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Print out the Return Merchandise Form PIE_RMA.pdf and complete the information requested. Enclose this document with the device(s) being returned.
- Enclose or email a purchase order for the services being requested.
